[ HISTORY ]

I actually inherited this vacuum cleaner from an ex-roommate. It is the best vacuum cleaner I’ve had and works very well for my many cleaning tasks!

[ USEABILITY ]

The swivel action of the vacuum cleaning really helps make cleaning easier. I also found that changing the bag is easier than other machines I’ve used. The attachments provide a nice range of features. I especially like the “Edge Wedge” which allows you to get into corners. The headlight has kept me from sucking up many cat toys. Other items of note: a good bumper, a very long cord, and a full bag indicator (nice feature).

[ DESIGN & LOOKS ]

Overall the vacuum has a pleasing design. The on/off button and the foot-pressed reclining setting are well placed and solid. The attachment works well but can be a bit awkward at times. The attachments allow a pretty long reach. It has worked well for high reaches but not as well for low ones (I believe since the handle piece is fairly stiff — although I can’t think of a work around).

Very solid performance. The price for the range of features seems very good.
