I have had the SpotBot for about one year. SpotBot does a perfect job every time.

The best part about this machine is the fact that you can leave it on a stain and walk away. There is no need to get on your hands and knees and sweat. When it’s done all that is left to do is empty and rinse the waste canister (very easy and straight forward).

SpotBot has a surface stain setting, set-in stain setting, manual setting, and a pause/resume button. It is small and compact (approx. 18″ long x 8.5″ wide x 14″ tall) for easy storage. The machine is very easy to use, there is no need to get the manual out. The first time I tried to use SpotBot it would not work- I called the company and the nice customer service representative

instructed me what to do and it has worked perfectly ever since. The machine needed to be warmed up- this looks to be a common phenomenon the first time it is used.

I don’t use the hand tool often- it’s much easier to leave the machine on the spot to be cleaned and walk away. If the stained area is larger than the machine can do all at once, then I just move the machine over and walk away again.

The SpotBot is small enough to fit on my stair case with out falling off. This means, once again, I can walk away while it does the dirty work.

Overall it is easy to use, works well and machine clean up is simple and quick.
