I’ve had a bissell for 5 years, and loved it, but decided to get a newer model. This machine is AWFUL!!!!!

Just as someone else said, it drops large quantities of dirty water which you have to clean up, then while you’re cleaning those, it drops more!

I bought at Kohls, and I exchanged for the same model, thinking I got a ‘bad’ one. Nope, 2 minutes into cleaning this one started doing the same thing!

I’m going with a different model, maybe a different company. I was very happy w/my older model though.

Called Bissell customer service, and the lady was meticulously telling me how to clean up the spots–took 20 minutes of time wasted, and waiting to speak with a supervisor to explain that my issue was not how to clean the spots, but how to stop them from spraying out in the first place. They agreed to send a UPS label out, and pick up the cleaner, then when they received it, they would send a new one. Yikes.

I decided to return to Kohls instead–much quicker, and glad I did, because this one is going back also.

Anyway, I haven’t completely given up on bissell, but this model couldn’t be any worse if they tried.
