I researched my purchase as usual. This one got good reviews-from what I had seen. (Should have came here!) I am very disappointed in this product. I tried to clean my couch-it did absolutely nothing. It leaked all over the place and completely saturated my furniture. It is somewhat bulky and harder to push than I would like. The rotating brushes don’t do much-especially if you have Berbercarpet. The heater I thought worked ok…my carpet felt hot after I applied the product.

Overall-I am very unhappy with this. It did not clean up even fresh spills-it was very upsetting. I have been bedrest for high risk pregnancy-and when I finally was able to get up and clean and use it-I discovered how much I am disappointed with it. Unfortunately I cannot return it-as I bought it 5 months ago. Oh well-you live and learn.
