I love my Roomba and I couldn’t imagine life without it. Now I have to because if your Roomba breaks and is over 90 days old you can’t have it fixed. My little friend is only 4 months old and now I can no longer use it. You can trouble shoot what is wrong using information from the manual but if nothing works you are pretty much out of luck.

iRobots’ (Roomba’s company) customer support was not much help either. They pretty much read the manual back to me step by step. Then they said they were stumped. Until they establish Roomba authorized service dealers you are taking a gamble on it. A ninety day warranty is not very long. For $200 I expected more.
