I got this vacuum as a wedding gift over five years ago and I still really love it. We have three large dogs and three cats so we use it a lot!! It really takes a beating in our home. It’s pretty light so it’s not too much of a hassle to carry up and down the stairs. Oreck has been a nice company to deal with too. They keep telling me to bring it in for a tune up for free but I never have and it still works great. I guess my only complaint is that I have to go to an Oreck store or order online for bags.
