The wife and I needed a new vacuum and spent quite a bit of time at Sears looking at all the different models. We were trying to stay within a range of about $100 to $150.

We liked the idea of the swivel wheels and it was on sale for like $119.

While trying it out at home the height adjuster broke. Took it back the next day, they exchanged it. The new one worked for a few minutes then wouldn’t pick anything up. This time we took it in for service. After getting it back, it broke again and would not pick up!

We used it a total of 4 times and it broke 3 of those times!

Today we called the store and they agreed to take it back and give us a store credit towards another brand/model.

When we got there I saw 2 more of the same model in thier discounted section (a section where returned/repaired models were sold).

Ended up spending quite a bit more money and getting a Hoover.
