Not a good experience! I went to the store to purchase a Spot Bot, however, it was not in stock so I purchased the 1425 Little Green instead. The price of the 1425 was more favorable, and it seemed like a comparable product, and perhaps even a little more flexible in it’s usability.

The setup was extremely easy, out of the box, setup and using it in 5 minutes. It seemed to be doing a good job of cleaning my dogs vomit stains (that must have been on the carpet for a few days, when I discovered the mess).

THEN I noticed the mess, the reservoir that holds the cleaning solution was leaking. So now I had a clean carpet with a huge puddle of cleaner/water to clean up. Giving the machine the benefit of the doubt and thinking it may have been a user error, I refilled the reservoir, making obsessive compulsive certain that I had tightened everything 11 times before using it again on a different spot …. same results, it leaked again all over the floor …. and then once more ALL over the countertop when I was trying to clean it up to put back into the box.

At this point I was certain I would be returning the machine. All in all it did a good job of spot cleaning, but created a much bigger mess to contend with.

Tomorrow I will return the machine and hold out for the Spot Bot, which has received good Epinions reviews.
