I have 5 cats and 2 dogs and this is the first Vacuum cleaner that I have found that really picks up the hair. It makes the nice lines in the carpeting too! You can actually see all that it picks up.
Our Housekeepers use one of those $600 vacuums. Whenever they leave, I re-vacuum with my Dirt Devil Lite. I have convinced several friends to by this vacuum and they all love it.
The only complaint it that the attachment doesn’t seem to work that well. It seemed to work when we first got it but it is not working that well right now. Not enough suction do the couches. The floor vacuum makes up for it.
