I had the first Little Green Machine. We had ours for a few years and then wanted to upgrade. We bought this cleaner because it had the rotating brush and it heated the water. It has 2 containers, one for dirty water and one for clean. You can heat the water by pushing the heat button. There are 2 attachments, one that is just a brush on the end of a hose, which also suctions automatically. The other has a brush that rotates by pushing a button or suctions if you push the button the other way. It looks really nice, and since it has a few more “extras” like the heated water and it was a newer model, so I thought it would work great and better than the original Little Green. It worked about the same as the Little Green Machine for a few uses. Then it started getting stopped up so that the sprayer would not spray. No matter what you tried to do it would not spray. Then, even though we rinsed out the dirty water canister every time, things would get stuck on the inside of container and there is no way to reach into it to scrub off the sides. I talked to the Bissell company to see how they recommended cleaning the machine and getting it to work right. I did every thing she told me to do, and nothing has changed and they won’t give a refund. Sometimes it will spray for 2 minutes and then plugs up. I much prefer the first Little Green Machine because it actually works and is easy to clean. My sister also bought one of these and hers is doing the same thing. I would not recommend this item.
