I first bought this unit at Sharper Image when we bought a Puppy. We have off-white carpet around the house so we need something that would clean our carpet istantly when our Puppy makes a mess.

For this unit to work, you really have to read the directions first. There are two settings, one is to steam and the other one is to spray hot water. It really depends on what kind of stains you have in order for you to know which setting to use.

I have used it at least 10 times, all of the stains came out except one because I failed to read the directions before I started and I used to wrong setting.

This unit is a very innovative product and I applaud Sharper Image for this.
