Lots of moving plastic. Hard to move around and keep upright. Stair attachment poor. Accessories keep falling off and lots of plastic parts keep breaking off. Suction poor. After 16 months vacuum broke with lots off smoke and rubber dumped on carpet. DO NOT recommend
