I received the Hoover Runabout Upright Vacuum Cleaner as a gift after we got married - over 4 years ago - and it works as well as it ever did!
It has fantastic suction, and even a headlight! It is big and heavy enough to do the job, while still light, and easily managed. It has a low enough clearance to make it under the beds, and the crib as well.
The cord stores on the handle, wrapping at the top and the bottom, which is quick and convenient. The attachments store on board, and are easy to assemble and disassemble. The rollers still have some power while the hose is connected, too, so you can switch back and forth without having to unhook as often.
The bags are removable and disposable, and very inexpensive and easy to find in stores. I can get three generic bags for .97 cent!
A fantastic vacuum for the price! Very reliable, and durable. I have gotten strings tangled up in it many times, with no damage to the motor, or rollers.
